Fall Bake Sale

St Peter’s Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality will be having their Fall Bake Sale on Sunday October 30 following the 9 AM & the 11 AM Masses.

Come visit with the Ladies of Sodality at this event, & buy a little of something sweet while you are there. We will be serving complimentary flavored coffee for all to enjoy, if they like.

Hope to see you all there for this fun event.

Baptismal Classes

We welcome and congratulate families wishing to pass on the faith to their children through the sacrament of Baptism. A preparation class for parents and Godparents is scheduled for Sunday, October 23, 9:00 a.m Neglia Hall (Bernardin Center). At this session we will explore the meaning of the sacrament and familiarize you with how the Baptism is celebrated. Both parents are asked to be present at the Baptism. However, if for some reason one parent cannot attend the class, the Catholic parent must attend.

As part of the Baptismal Rite, parents are promising to raise their child in the faith. So that the Church may have an expectation that the child will be raised in the Faith, parents must be registered, participating members of St. Peter’s for at least 6 months. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Tomasini at or 803-779-0036

We delight in sharing this significant moment in your family’s ongoing faith development and pray that you will be enriched by your experience. St. Peter’s welcomes your child with great joy and looks forward to growing in faith and love with your family.

St. Vincent de Paul

On behalf of The Saint Vincent de Paul Society we extend a heartfelt thank you for your generosity in response to our request for donations. We were overwhelmed with the participation from our Parishioners. Your generous support allows our Society to respond to the cries of the poor, needy and the forgotten.
And a BIG thank you to Father Linsky for his “kind heart”. Thank you so much.

Peace and Blessings,

Your Vincentian Friends
